| BRIDGE BUILDERS APPRENTICE |

Training men and women in the church, for the church.

“According to the grace of God given to me, like a skilled

master builder (architect) I laid a foundation, and

someone else is building upon it” (1 Cor. 3: 10).

Bridge builders are “someone else” (interns) who are building up The Bridge Fellowship and God’s kingdom. In God’s providence we trust that there will always be “someone else” to build up “God’s building” (v. 9) whose foundation is Jesus Christ (v. 11).

Therefore, the vision of Bridge Builders Internship is to (a) identify candidates and (b) equip ministry leaders and church planters. This is in keeping with our mission to build up mature leaders to reach the cities.

Bridge Builder Apprentice has two tracks:

  • Ministry Leader Intern | for men & women

  • Church Planting Apprentice | reserved for men.

    The ideal candidate(s) will:
    a)   Be emotionally and spiritually healthy.
    b)   Have a high view of Scripture and local church mission.
    c)   Embrace The Bridge theological distinctives, vision and Gospel DNA.
    d)   Be sent out/supported by their home church/missions org.

    e) Have love for people and seek to build up The Bridge.
    e)    Be adaptable to the pace and rhythm of team context.

  • Note: Japanese language ability is preferred but not mandatory if candidates are willing to learn slowly.
